Mr. Cook currently serves as the City Attorney for the cities of Grove and Jay Oklahoma.
Mr. Cook has worked on many high profile cases, including a successful $37,000,000.00 class action judgment in the case of Fankhouser v. XTO Energy, Inc., Case No. CIV-07-798-L (W.D. Okla.)
Mr. Cook assisted in successfully defending a products liability claim against a Pennsylvania chemical supplier, as set forth in the published opinion of Swift v. Service Chemical, Inc., 2013 OK CIV APP 88, 310 P.3d 1127.
